Consulting: Competency Model
We partnered with COES to create a competency model aligned with their organizational culture, strengthening talent management and role clarity. Over six weeks, we developed a competency architecture based on levels and cultural principles, validated by experts and the HR team. The project included strategic meetings, categorized design, and implementation recommendations. This tool is now a key pillar in their performance evaluation and professional development processes.
Diagnosis: Managerial Competencies
We implemented a comprehensive assessment process to identify key leadership competencies at the Ministry of the Environment (MINAM). The project included developing a success profile, administering tests using the Kudert platform, conducting competency-based interviews and role-playing simulations, and holding individual feedback sessions. Based on the results, we developed training sessions focused on the main gaps identified, along with periodic evaluations to measure progress after four months. This project strengthened the decision-making and performance of the management team.

We designed and implemented a training program for the Forbis Logistics sales team, focused on improving effective communication, collaboration, and key account management. Through hands-on exercises, we strengthened internal relationships and boosted productivity, resulting in a more cohesive and results-oriented team.
